| About: | This new face on the Oklahoma City Tex-Mex scene is quickly making a name for itself, thanks to a menu of spicy delights. The interior is not authentically Southwestern, but it is very cozy. There are only around 15 tables. All meals come with sides of rice and frijoles or refried beans, but you might find you have no room left after tucking into the entree. One of the most indulgent dishes is the Comida Para Dos , a feast of beef, chicken and seafood. For a quiet, homey Mexican meal, Margarita's is the place. |

They actually have menudo on the menu. Need I say more? As a native Arizonan, I can say without reservation that this food is more Sonoran than Tex-Mex, and anyone who knows the difference will appreciate it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the BEST Mexican Food in OKC.: I've been to dozens of Mexican Restaraunts and this is definitely my favorite. The building is nothing special but the low overhead means super cheap food. The service is always great, the waitstaff addresses everyone as "amigo". The Ceviche is wonderful and you have to try the Margarita's Mole. The Old Fashioned Taco's are my wife's favorite. The salsa and cheese dip that come with your meal are very good but if you want something really spicey ask for the salsa that is served in the skillet.
