User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI don't know how to even begin about this place. It's heartbreaking but this place is a business and nothing else and a poorly ran one at that. They aren't in it for the right reasons. Things stolen, client left alone. I wouldn't recomend this home care to anyone. You have to pay your employees a good salary to get good workers. They talk a good talk but that's all it is.

We regret we were unable to continue services to this client because of miscommunications between our office staff, family members and a private caregiver hired by the family. We would also like to say that there are two sides to every story. We know we cannot make everyone happy all the time, although that is always our goal. We always strive to correct and learn from any negative experience. One problem employee is no longer with us. Our staff as well as both owners is assessable and responsive. We have many, many testimonials from clients and their families reporting that our services have simplified and enriched their lives. We invite you to call our offices and compare our services to any company in town. We have the best reputation in town because we have earned it over the last 10 years.-

Katie, I would like to invite you to give us a call to discuss your issues with our company. We are not perfect and do make mistakes from time to time, but we do respond. That is what set us apart from a lot of our competitors. I would ask that anyone who reads this blog realize that there are two sides to every story. We have a confidentiality agreement that does not allow us to explain our side of the story unless we have permission from the family. We provide 1000's of hours of service to families in the OKC Metro and have been in business for 10 years. We are well respected in the community and it is a shame that people are able to put things like your blog on the Internet and we have no way to defend ourselves.
