Bought a loaded out Chevy Avalanche with the optional $2,580 extended warranty. After 8 months had a rattle in the steering, took it in and they told me it wasnt covered. I couldnt locate my warranty papers and I took their word for it and paid $380 for the repairs. A year later the same problem with the steering. They hit me for another $320 for repairs. Next the A/C blower quit, so I took it to Knipplemier Chevrolet, the took a look at the extended warranty and said it was covered and no charge. I asked them if the steering should be covered and they said that the warranty I purchased covers everything except wear items like tires, brakes, ect. So basically, they lied to me and took my money. Won't ever be back to these crooks.

I have NEVER been very happy leaving a car dealership but this has been a great experience!!! It was Steve Potts no push attitude. We went looking for a new truck and when we wanted to just browse he said.." if you come back tomorrow, next week or in five years I will be here and would love to help you" I felt like my dad was helping me!!! The finance people were also a pleasure VERY professional and friendly.... We are a military family and money is always a concern they got us the best deal and then insisted they would keep trying to get us a BETTER deal and said we were locked in already but he was going to keep working the next day... really where can you get this kind of service!!??If your looking for a new car or truck.. I HIGHLY reccommend talking to STEVE POTT's... tell him Nikkie sent you!! But more importanly where on here can you see a 5 star rating on a car dealership!!! I AM ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! MILITARY PEOPLE... BOB HOWARD CHEVY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!
