The store is great. New manager and a better customer service experience. This store has made many improvements in the last 6 months and you can tell that the management and employee interest has improved. I really enjoy shopping at this location which has not always been the case.
We just moved to Sulphur in July 08 from Norman area. We weren't familiar with what was available for shopping that needed to be done, so we went to Lowes in Ardmore and had to order a new refrigerator, which was not a problem. The problem was when it came in my husband went to pick it up and they told him he would have to load it himself without any help. When he complained about their customer service he was told by the manager that were rated the best in customer service. Needless to say we will be doing our shopping elsewhere.
We bought a set of whirlpool washer and dryer set in sept, 2007 and the first washer they brought out had to be replaced the very, next day. They
brought me a 2nd washer, It was exactly 2 mounth's after they brought me the other one and it as well, stoped working. So because it was past the
30-day return policy, Lowe's would not let me return the washer and dryer unit for a refund of $985.78. Ummm I could see if it was only one time it was bad but 2 unit's doing the exact same thing..VERY WRONG and
so now i have to call a service dept to have them come out and try to fix it, but i don't trust that it will not happen again. Will never buy anymore washer and dryers set's or proably any of there appliance's from lowe's again very dissapointed with the service i recieved in this matter, and alot of people i have told won't either. I thought the customers were alway's right but NOT in this case you're not. That's alot of money that i feel went down the drain. That we could have put toward a better brand. I just wish they could make this write. And i would still shop there.
