    There mortgage process is good when your credit is perfect. When you start going through hard times, whatever the reason, they become threatening and rude. Nobody has the inherent nature to want to be "late" or "default", but if I call to try to make arrangements, being rude doesn't help the situation. Threatening foreclosure with one late payment? I dare them to take it with all the other homes in foreclosure.
