User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsdon't bring your service to the liars at Bob Howard Acura. I brought my car in for the extended warranty transmission change because it died. They claimed they changed the transmission, but the "new" one worked for 3,000 miles after that and is stalling again... preventing me from getting another transmission because this one isn't the "original."
However, i believe they flushed the old one out, lied, and said it was new to save money. Also, although they sent me paperwork claiming it was new, none of their online records said they replaced it.
there is no way a new refurbished transmission can work for less than 3,000 miles!! please take your cars somewhere else and save yourself hassles!
this place sucks.
