Our waiter's name was Dennis. After waiting 35 minutes to get seated, Dennis got our drinks, one of our party never got her tea, and took our order. Dennis kept having to repeat our order and ask who had what, mixing up salad dressings and entrees. When going around the corner to the computer I heard him say "I love doing that to people." We got our appetizers and decided to have alcoholic drinks which took 20 minutes to be delivered and we were almost done with entree by that time. When he apologized for the wait on the drinks he informed us if we would have ordered them at the beginning we wouldn't have had to wait so long. I did not receive my alcholic drink due to shortage of captain morgans (which is not a problem) and just told him to remove it from bill as i did not want anything else. He did not bring me a new ticket but instead told me to do the math myself for the new total. In turn when i gave him my cash for the bill. He never brought my change. I confirmed that there was no gratuity on the bill, waited around for 10 minutes to see if he would bring it back, but got ready to leave and decided that would just be his tip. The food was excellant as always, but this server has a lot to learn about anticipating customers needs.

A Great Memory: the first time i went to this location was in March 2006. Each time i go i think the Coconut Shrimp just tastes better! This place has a great upbeat atmosphere and it's great for first dates! ;)
