DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FOWLER DODGE! I knew what I was going to pay (had my own financing) and I knew what equipment and model I wanted. I wanted a new vehicle and they kept trying to push a used one or one that was not what I wanted on me. They kept telling me they were losing money on the deal and would probably get in trouble!?! So why so determined to make the deal? It took almost 4 weeks to get the vehicle delivered to the dealership and install a DVD player. When I picked up the vehicle there was a bad scratch on the rear door and it had an additional 100 miles on it! I told my sales person about the scratch and was told that it would be fixed. At 4000 miles the brake system malfunctioned and the power door stopped working correctly. They had the vehicle for 3 weeks to repair the brake system, the power door and scratch. I spoke with the manager about the scratch because I was getting the run around from my salesperson (Salesperson told me it would have to pay for it out of his own pocket?.....SO!). The manager told me it would be fixed. They even called and told me the scratch had been fixed. When I picked it up the power door had not been fixed and the scratch was still there. Now they are saying that they are not going to fix it. They were very condescending and very disrespectful. I think they thought they had a women in front of them that they could intimidate. My salesperson could not even look me in the eye while he and the manager argued with me about the scratch. He flat out lied and his story kept changing and the manager was just a creep! UGH!

Saturday 8-22-09 I found a 2006 Ford F-150 pickup at Fowler Dodge on I-240 in OKC. Upon Inspection before I agreed to buy the truck I noticed there was no Gaas cap on the tank. My salesperson Stephen Omeneba-Danso put one on and I thought all was well.

Friday 8-28-09 My Check engine light came on so I took it in to Fowler to have a diagnostics check. I was told it was too latein the day and to bring it back on Monday.

Monday 8-31-09 They found Water in some connections and fixed the problem. I waited 2 hours for this procedure.

Thursday 8-3-09 Check engine light came on again so I took it back to Fowler and talked to Stephen and Geff the Service Manager. After diagnostics was run again they found a code for a EVAP leak and since it was a Ford they would have to take it to a Ford Dealer to havea new diagnostics run. I asked Geff If I could just take the truck myself and he said yes. Bob Fowler Ford Dealer ran a diagnostics check and charged me $96.44 to tell me The salesman at Fowler Dodge (Stephen) put the incorrect type of gas cap on the truck when I first looked at it.Ford Put on the correct gas cap and I paid a total of $140.04 for testing and parts.

Thursday 9-3-09 Returned to Dodge Fowler and talked to Stephen about getting reimbursed for the charges and then to another sales manager named Rick and was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to talk to a General sales Manager named George. After much explanation on my part George said it was not their problem since I took the truck in myself.Even after documents showed salesperson Stephen put on the incorrect gas cap,The GSM, George refused to pay full amount of reimbursement. They did pay $70.00 dollars of it for a new gas cap and some the the other charges but refused to pay full amount even after documents show Fowler Dodge made a mistake in the first place by putting on the incorrect Gas cap type.

Needless to Say Fowler Dodge on I-240 in my opinion is a dealership not to be trusted to do the right thing. I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone.

    Thursday
