I took my guitar to have the nut repaired, and it took them over a week to have it fixed, claiming that it was a rare nut that they would have to order and then file to fit. Then, not two weeks later, the guitar broke in the exact same way while resting on its stand. We took it back to be fixed again and were assured it wouldn't take long because they already had the nut they needed, only to wait a week and a half. I went by to see if perhaps they'd forgotten to call, and discovered that they had done no work on it at all; they hadn't even removed the bad nut! He then started telling me that he actually didn't have the nut he needed, that it was a really tough job, and I'd have to take it to some guy in Oklahoma City. He then mentioned that he wouldn't be upset if I took it elsewhere, because he really didn't want to do it himself. I then took it to a nearby shop, which did in three hours what they'd failed to do in over a week. Poor customer service, slow and downright lazy work, and a job that wasn't done right the first time. Customers beware!
