    I went to this BBQ joint one time and lunch hour and was not impressed but I have been around the nation and have eaten very good BBQ, Is this baked in the oven? Kind of tastes like it is. I ordered the Pork Ribs my All time favorite and was not happy and they were tough.
    Maybe I will give them a 2nd try and get the chicken Fried Steak and stay away from the Que. Altus has some very good BBQ at the Old Grandy's and it is real smoked BBQ. The Pork Sandwich is to die for. Sometimes it's best to do it yourself with your own apple or mesquite wood.

    Addictive!!!! Got a have Roy's BBQ at least once a week. I have never had Brisket smoked so right and always perfectly tender. Roy's homemade sauce is awsome, just enough heat and just enough sweet!
    The homemade onion rings are the best you will ever eat.

    Their best deal is the "Junkyard Special" If you are not "Starving" it is enough for two people, otherwise their is enough food to satisfy a hungry NFL Lineman. What it is, is a sliced brisket sandwich, a big baked potato with butter and sour cream and a trip to the fresh salad bar. A bargain at about $6.00

    I could not recomend another place to Dine in Hobart.
