Willie's AD logo states, "Honest, courteous.." Nothing but courteous. He said/thinks he is the best in town, but he is very far from it. I would like to share an bad experience with the viewers.

First of all, he decided not to provide service in this hot persistent over 100 even over 110 degrees weather without notification while I was waiting for his service for two weeks bcs his feeling got hurt. That is just wrong ethically and professionally. Second of all, he misdiagnosed. He thought the motor and board went bad, but it was controller. Repaired by another service person with-in 48h, and actual cost of repair was ¼ of his estimated cost, which he did not even provided the service.

After 5 hours with a new unit plus a mini our house is still at 82 its 100 outside he said he didnt have to put all the freon in because we only have a two bedroom house. i have family in the a/c business plus online help says that is the biggest load of crap they ever heard. your supposed to fill it to manufacturers specifications.
