My poor 60 year old mother missed one appointment at no fault of her own and he refused to refill a very important medication she has been on for more than five years. He used the word "non compliant" to describe my mother missing her appointment. The man has horrible bedside manners and practices bad medicine. Now my mother has been in terrible pain for six days now. The office staff is sarcastic, rude and demeaning. Dr. Martin is laid back and never seems in a hurry. He always listens to me. I feel comfortable telling him anything. He is quick to call in a prescription for me. A great doctor.
