Here is my list of problems that we had tonight:
Silverware dirty, plates dirty, food not cooked properly, meat was raw , gravy was watery,ketchup bottle empty and filthy,salt and pepper shakers were covered with ketchup and grease, table and chairs not cleaned, overall every surface of the eating area contaminated. Restaurant was basically nasty and not sanitary. I will be reporting to the county health department and other authorities in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
The manager KEVIN WAS VERY RUDE AND I REALLY WANTED TO ASK FOR MY MONEY RETURNED!
But my wife was upset and still hungry and needed to get home and take her medications as she is diabetic and has cancer.My wife and I will make sure to tell everyone of our experience. We have been residents of this town for over 30 years and it is a bad reflection on our community to be treated and threatened as we had committed some criminal act and had not even left our table. Forgive us for asking for a container!
My wife had just got new dentures and was having trouble eating her food that we paid to eat, so you really should post a large sign saying " Pay here and eat here" if you can good, if not too bad!
Maybe it is just me , but I would be fired on the spot for treating my customers the way your employees did us tonight.
I'm sure we are not the only ones to have been done this way!
There were no steaks well done for our entire visit, 40 minutes+, poor service, plus the manager and waitress's refused to allow us to take a half eaten chicken breast that we paid for as part of our buffet dinner purchase. Manager told us we were stealing food and refused to allow us to take the chicken we paid for and had eaten on out of the restaurant. We were not trying to get free food!
Now we will never return as we had previously be given doggy boxes to take our food home which we purchased, whether I eat it all at once or take it home. Why do you sell take out food and allow it to be taken out and yet I paid to eat an all you can eat buffet and should be able to leave with the food off my plate that was partially eaten as that is part of my all you can eat? I paid for the food right? Where is the disclaimer saying I have to eat it all at once? How much food do they waste everyday?
That is not the same as loading up a take out box and leaving the building with takeout food sold by the pound.
Sad when I spend $25.00 for such crappy food and a lousy dining experience. Why had the management and staff given us a container on many other visits? Was it a bad night for your staff?
This used to be a good place to eat, not anymore. Go to some place that will treat you right and be fair! You pay for a product and service and never expect to be called a thief, even with a receipt to show you paid way too much for such a disservice!
Hard to find good service in this town!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCan't go wrong here. The entire family (even the picky ones) can find something they like at Golden Corral. The breakfast omelettes are big. Lunch and dinner meats are juicy and tender. Fish Fry Fridays are a winner.

Sounds like you really had a bad day and night! Was all of it really GC's fault or were you just looking for someone or something to unload on? Were YOU nice to the manager and waitress??? Sounds like you need to think about how YOU treat others and how the see YOU and your ACTIONS!! I have never been in there and NO well done steaks made available. Gee man, they have to cook them. No microwaves in that resturant. It looks like a blessing to them that you won't be back. I'm willing to bet you will spread your CHEER on another poor business before long.
