User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just bought a 2000 Z-71 from Kent's Custom Cars and Trucks. My experience was great. I dealt with a gentlemen name Glen who was very helpful. I am very satisfied with my new used truck. It is in good condition and will work for me at this point. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Glen at Kentâs Custom Cars and Trucks.

I just spent $28,000.00 dollars on a truck from Kents car lot. I have had it 2 weeks and here are the list of things wrong with it, Wiring in the head lights are bad $165.00 just parts, air conditioner that they said the fixed still doesn't work right, fuel gauge doesn't work right, the oil well it looked beyond burnt. I called asking nicely what was wrong with the air conditioner and still I have not recieved a call back. I could see these things being wrong on a 10,000 dollar truck but 28,000 later? As far as I am concerned I think that they should at least changed the oil on all there products before they get sold. I will not buy another thing from that car lot and when people ask me about my new truck I tell them about all the things wrong with my $28,000.00 truck and who sold it to me. I think it is bad business. I understand people have to make a living I have a business of my own, but the difference between my business and theirs "I back my product and my word is good" I love my truck don't get me wrong it is beautiful but I should not have
to pour a bunch of money into something I spent that much money on. So if you decide to buy something from that lot after reading this letter take it to a shop and have everything looked over before you get screwed with no ky. -

We resolved these issues with the customer, and have asked her to remove the post. According to the post, she has never had a problem with her business, I wish I lived in her perfect world. In our world, problems happen, and when they do, we stand behind our product. Look at our other reviews and ask yourself if it is credible to say "don't get me wrong", "I love my truck", and "get screwed with no ky" in the same review.
