User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOk. So to tell you the truth Dan's Bar-B-Que is THE BEST BBQ in the State if it was up to me. They have a buffet on the weekends that is awesome. They serve catfish, BBQ, Ribe (the meat falls of the bone), chicken strips, and more it is the best. The atmosphere is amazing you can tell that the wait staff have a passion for the job because they are always nice and friendly!!

The Bull is just that!!!! I've been eating there for about 28 years now and only had just a few(less than 4) times the food was not absolutely great. the ribs are almost always falling off the bone tender. If you like to pull and tug like a caveman just to get meat off the bone, then this place is not for you. But if you like great food, put this place on your have to try list!!!! Also, if you do not like BBQ, they also serve a mean hand breaded chicken fried steak.

I enjoy Dan's B-B-Que Pit. The serve is great and the food is outstanding. My husband gets the chicken fry, I get the rib basket, and my son gets the chicken strip basket. When I pass threw Davenport we always stop and enjoy the great atmosphere and deli-----lious food.
