User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is the place to come when you want to take treats or birthday cakes to work. They have an extensive menu to pick from. Usually I just pop in and pick something readymade off the shelves. Everything is always fresh and moist.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOh how I wish I lived closer to Ann's because Merritt's disappoints me everytime. Last time the few things I chose were stale and this time 3 out of the 4 types of cookies I bought were just not that great. Why cant we get a good bakery on Tulsa's south side?

I have used Merritt's for my client's with rave reviews for years. Their products have been unquestionably uncompromised in taste and quality. However, when I tried to inquire about my daughter's upcoming wedding, they were less than helpful, it seemed to be an imposition to help us, or answer any of our questions. They were however anxious to let us know what they don't do. My daughter and I were very disappointed in the experience, it made what is supposed to be an exciting day, a let down. I will continue to use them for my business needs. I will not use them for my daughter's Weddings. I have two in the same year. They lost alot of business.

I had the same problem when I wanted to get info for my daughter's wedding. I, also, had 2 daughters get married in the same year. The personnel at the bakery just did not care if they got my business or not....and they did not.
My mother and I had the same rude behavior regarding my wedding. But the real shocker was when I leaned against the display counter, moved it, then bugs scattered everywhere!!!
