I took my tahoe in for an oil change and to replace a headlamp bulb. That night I noticed the headlight was bouncing all over the place as I was going down the highway. I then discovered the plastic bracket holding the headlight assembly in was broken. I took it back to Wilson's service department the next day. The service help desk along with the mechanic whom supposedly worked on the tahoe denied breaking it and said it was already broken. I told the associates at the service desk that although my tahoe was brought in regularly for service for the last 6 years, I would never bring anything back to them again, because of this and the poor customer relations they demonstrated with rudeness and unwillingness to admit their fault. They made it clear that they could care less. After finally speaking with the service manager, he was helpful in replacing the broken assembly and was also very apologetic and sincere, which is probably the reason he is the manager and the guys behind the service desk will never be. My headlight was finally fixed and my tahoe has not seen the service department at Wilson's since. Ron Shirley gained my business instead.
For nearly 5 years we've been served well by Wilson Chevrolet ever since we purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. The service department is the best in town. They're honest, reliable and courteous. They rode with me to find a mysterious squeak and took us in first thing in the morning for an evaluation when I bumped a deer the night before a 12 hour drive. Doug and the crew will take good care of you. And although my original sale person is gone now, when we investigated the 2008s we had wonderful service. If only Wilson sold Honda we would still be with them. But if the Honda service department does not meet our expectations, we will go back to Wilson without hesitation.
I purchased my brand new Chevy from Wilson's and it was a great experience. The sales man, David, was the nicest dealer. He really took into account about what I wanted in a car and never tried to push my in another direction. I will buy from them again, not because of the service but also because of the price.
