A Yahoo! Local userJust experienced that, should have listened to you. They did not do the right processes and told me I have to pay out of my pocket, and even told me they just cold the insurance company and thats what the company said. So I went home and made a phone call to the company, totally different story. Transferred my prescription right away. All I heard from them was we are losing money to fill your prescription..03/16/12 -
