As long as you are there they nice and very hospitable, once you give them your number thats the worst mistake you could have ever made, the will NOT stop calling you and leaving messages until you tell them multiple time you are not interested. Heaven forbid you have a complant to make because they will not listen. I have never spoken to a manager who cared less about a customer then this place, and i spoke to two managers. One manager even proceeded to tell me he was in charge and it was his dealership. When i looked on line i saw he was NOT, so when i called trying to contact the general manager another manager started to tell me if im not buying a car then i dont need to speak to anyone and they dont care what i had to say. The two awful managers names are Casey Chapman and Scott Foster. One is new inventory manager and the other is for used. LOOK AROUND FIRST AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS and dont give them your number.

Pleased with Service: We recently purchased a new Honda at Fenton Motors of Stillwater. We found the sales staff to be very friendly and we got a great deal on the car we
purchased. Much better deal than we found locally. I would buy another car there. We also have received calls after the sale to see how we were doing with our new Honda and if we had any questions or problems. Pretty impressive.
