We have been very disappointed with the Yale Cleaners in Owasso. We had already considered looking for another cleaner as the last couple of articles they had done were poorly pressed. The final straw was when we dropped off a suit prior to the noon cut-off ("in by noon, out by five") and made a point of getting an assurance it would be ready after 5:00. When we came to pick it up we were told it was checked into their system after 2:00 and would not be ready until the next day. The most frustrating part was their attitude. Basically, they didn't believe we had brought it in when we said we did, and offered no apology or really even any concern at all. We won't be back.

Yale Cleaners in Owasso is the MOST poorly managed store I have EVER been to in my life!!! I hope anyone who wishes to have thier clothes back in one piece, literally, decides to go with a more professionally ran store. I had taken my new Cache' dress in to have it cleaned, and when I got it back, the broche that had come on the dress was not on it, and Bill's associates couldn't find it. I asked for the manager, who was hiding towards the back of the store, but he wouldn't come out to discuss the matter. And just last week I had a co-worker who had taken a dress in LAST DECEMBER and was pretty much ruined when she went to pick it up. So Bill, being the coward he is, avoided her for as long as possible, until she finally waited for him in the parking lot. He admitted to her that they infact had dryed it when it was only supposed to be a hand wash, no drying what so ever. So he offered to go through and hand stitch it back together; yes it had fallen apart; but that it wouldn't be ready for a while due to the holidays, but he would call in as soon as it was ready. April rolled around, no Bill. So she made an effort herslf to find out the status on the dress. But the dress still was not ready. From then she would call and check up on it, and it still was not ready, and it had well been a year. By this point she was completelt frustrated so she went up to the store and Bill's associates had no record that she had been in due to changing their "system". So she asked for Bill, amazingly he came out, and he said he would look for it in the warehouse. That is the Warehouse they take clothes to give to Goodwill. A week or so went by and he still had not found it. Finally her mother called up there and some lady was like oh yeah it's right here. So my co-worker went to the store to pick it up and it was even worse than before. Even his associates couldn't believe what they had saw. They told her that they have seen PLENTY of screwups, but this one had topped it. At that point, she left so she could come back to take pictures of what had happened. When she came to do so, Bill demanded either take it, or leave it, and that he was NOT going to reinburse her for the damages he had done. After a year of being patient and waiting, the outcome that she got.... was Bill telling her she was no longer a customer of his, and that the law is on his side, and turning all the blame on her. I think he needs to be taken to small claims court and should pay EVERYONE for not only the damages he's done physically, but mentally as well...

I have been to the Yale Cleaners in Owasso for over a year now. I have never been in contact with the manager so I have no opinion on whether he is helpful or not, but only because I never have had a need to. My clothes have always been ready when they are supposed to be and I have never been missing any clothes or received anyone elses. I would say I am satisfied with their service and although they are high priced, I use their coupons from the yellow pages and that helps alot.
