| About: | Located in downtown Tulsa and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Brady Theater is a vital part of Tulsa history. Built around 1910 as the Tulsa Convention Hall, this 2,700-seat venue has been well preserved and is still in operation, hosting numerous concerts and sporting events throughout the year. A long list of celebrity entertainers have appeared here over the years. The theater has undergone some renovation over time, but the character and atmosphere of this Tulsa landmark live on. |

Yes the Brady's hot and outdated- probably longest bathroom line ever but on the other hand Ive seen some amazing shows there. The Black Crowes,George Carlin,Widespread Panic,Leon Russell,Yes,CSN,James Brown!
Brady Hot & Outdated: I bought 4 tickets to the Clay Aiken Concert which was last night. I paid a rather hefty sum for these tickets only to be miserable the entire night due to the heat. When the star of the show complains of being hot and the orchestra leader has sweat dampening the back of his shirt, you can imagine how the audience feels. The bathrooms are an embarrasment and the entire facility needs a face lift. I was embarrased for Tulsa and will not be back until updated. I feel so sorry for Jerry Lee Lewis who will probably pass out from the heat. What a shame. Kary - Tulsa
Tulsa wake up: The Mayo Family has kept up
Tulsa's heritage for years. Now that Peter Mayo has leased out the building it's not
being cared for like it should be. Someone buy it and love it like the Mayo family has. it's a great venue and acoustically perfect. It's also Tulsa's heritage, but it's expensive!!!! to care for.
it's time some other family or group stepped up!
