The prices are lower than the other two cleaners here in Stillwater and the quality is MUCH better. I have had trouble finding a good cleaners until this one. Northside ruined a new pair of slacks and refused to pay for it or to even try to get the stain they put in them out. Fountain Square's service is slow and seems to have trouble keeping track of clothes.

Threatened to hold/lose military uniforms!

I went to pickup 5 items but handed them back for a re-do when I saw that they had lint, human hair (not mine), no heavy starch, and sleeves not pressed; I did not raise my voice but was not very happy either. When I went to pick them up the second time the owner berated me for "making a scene" which I in no way did. When I asked for my 5 active duty Air Force military items he threatened me by saying, "I might not be able to find them...they might be lost." The Items were on the rack in plan sight. I will NEVER go back to this dry cleaners again.

I recently brought in a goosedown comforter to Dry Clean City and I was very satisfied. They did a good job at a reasonable price and it was ready ahead of time. The quality of work is as good as any here in Stillwater.
