Agree with china_19. As an interior designer, I am in River City AT LEAST once a week, buying large quantities of smaller items and a few larger pieces. After five years of shopping there, only one cashier recognizes me; a couple of weeks ago, I was asked to show my drivers license for a $17 check! This past Monday, I called to ask the price of an item that I'd seen on Sunday: the response, "I don't know." I asked if the item was still there and the response was oh yes, it's still here! SERIOUSLY, could you have checked the price or said, "it's very busy now, leave your number and someone will call you back?" I'm pretty sure the vendor would love for the $200 item to sell. Once, I mentioned to a vendor how rude the staff is and she was flabbergasted. Obviously, River City has had too much business and has taken it's patriots for granted. Of all the places around Tulsa, River City is my least favorite.
I liked shopping here, but not anymore, I'm done with unfriendly cashiers, and suspicious looks, like you stole something, Don't want anything in there that bad, too many better places to shop!!
this store is really big. you need to spend a lot of time in here to see it all. It was fun. Plan your time and be sure to visit this one too in Jenks.
