    average the female route delivery person does her job in getting the mail to us at an acceptable time .(usually before noon)However, the man on the route delivers between 1pm and 3pm depending on how many times he stops to chat.which is usually quite often.he also has shown signs of disturbing behavior.(Talking to himself continously if he thinks no one is around.)please sir ,don't go POSTAL in our tiny town!
