User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy favorite Mexican place. Small, intimate dining. Excellent food and drinks. Have to wait for a table most of the time, but the guacamole is to die for.

Mexico City/Coast Mex Food - gormet, not TexMex: A welcomed find in Grove. Their family has a dynamite Mex restaurant on CA Monterey Coast (San Louis Obisto) - and Grove's version carrys-on their tradition of simply outstanding Mexican "cuisine", great/friendly service and a menu like no other Mexican place in OK. Example - try their encrusted chili-grilled Talapia - a great dish anywhere in the world - much less Grove.
Like the Roadhouse - this is fairly expensive - but a real treat and worth it. Bravo. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMMMmmmm! Mexican Food: We came by the area after being in Southern California for 18 years and got used to the Mexican food varieties that they had there. This is similiar to the style that was there, and is more authentic than any of the other places we'd eaten in town. The place let's small children in for lunch, and closes between 3-5 to set up for dinner, where the do not let small children in. It's a great place to eat, and has a lot of flavor in the food. I would definitly reccommend it if you like flavor. Their salsa and guacamole are EXCELLENT!

Did you eat any of their real Mexican food, other than the tilapia? Four of us ate there Oct. 23,2007 and it was the worst Mexican food we have ever eaten. We will not be going back. We were stupid for not sending the food back. Oh, well.
