User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA terrible place to work. No code of conduct in place (or not enforced) for interoffice relations, even amongst superiors. Favoritism flows like wine, and most of the managers (including upper management) are completely inept. Avoid Sykes at all costs. They DO NOT value their employees.

Worst buisness in Kay County. HR, secretaries, and Account Managers are the most unprofessional people I know. They try to act like they know what they are doing, but they haven't got a clue. Ridiculous company, wastes Sykes Inc. money. Don't know how Sykes affords it. I don't recommend.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starscompany in question: For the most part, Sykes Inc in Ponca City Oklahoma is a professional company although this particular office setting is a breeding ground for infidelity among their employees, there should be a "code of conduct" in place and, be followed by every Phone Tech, TM, Quality personel etc. before someone considers filing a lawsuit on behalf of all those broken homes out there!

If you are so angry about this company it makes me wonder if you actually worked there and in what capacity. With that said if you are a former employee what are the circumstances surrounding the end of your employment there? I have heard both good and bad things about Sykes but not acually from anyone that has worked there in the last couple months.
Agreeing with S_S and Jason B, as a current employee in good standing, at another location that shares your experiences. To L&N: If you have heard good and bad things about this company, then why is it hard to accept hearing another bad thing. Most of the management on site and visiting upper level management, are unprofessional and this breeds unprofessional performances from the other employees. No one seems in tune with the Mission Statement or Code of Conduct. Only a person with professional standards can make the assertion or the distinction.
