User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI subscribe to wireless internet and it goes out every few minutes. I tried calling and no one answers the phone. I left numerous phone messages and have not had a response. I left numerous emails and no response. This company has the worst service and the worst customer service i have ever had the misfortune of ever dealing with. They dont mind receiving monthly payments for absolutely the worst internet service but don't expect any customer service from this company because it's not gonna happen. I advise looking elsewhere for an internet provider.

Horrible service. I have wireless with them and I pay for the gold package, I have been getting speeds no where near what I'm paying for. In fact the speeds I am receiving are not even comparable to they're lowest package. Customer services is not 7 days a week. I have called during the weekends and no one has ever picked up the phone. Don't bother sending them a email, in all of the emails I have sent which is more than 10, I have not gotten one response from them. I have repeatably called in hopes they would fix it and this has been going on for nearly a year. I would recommend not using this service.
