User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe good reviews seem to be coming from those who haven't taken their business elsewhere for the past few/several years. I personally think the pre-teen staff needs a crash-course in customer service. They will never look you in the eye or change the tone in their voice. The prices are not low enough to sacrifice service. On top of these issues, the store has collected so many oblivious customers that when you try to pick up your clothes after work, you're left standing outside due to the lack of standing room inside. I use to visit Terrells religiously several years ago...they had a good thing going back then. I'm not sure how they've become the monster they are. Shame...

I moved to Allen in 1999 and began using Terrell's Cleaners. They have done a very professional job and the staff has ALWAYS been kind and helpful. I've never experienced a problem at all.

Terrible service & staff was very unhelpful when my garment was not cleaned properly. Do not bring your clothes here!
