User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRoman arrived promptly on his first visit and completed the work quickly. While he properly diagnosed a leak somewhere in the system and provided all options, we expected the temporary fix to last much longer than the several weeks that lapsed before the system needed correction again.
Fully understanding that we simply do not presently have the means for the costly permanent repair required, Roman again set us up with a temporary solution.
We will definitely be needing the permanent solution before next summer and we won't hesitate to use A #1 and request Roman for the job. Fast, professional, and honest!-

Our Main A/C went out at 6PM in the EVE, called and got the answering service they had someone call me in 30 minutes, Roman, and Mike were our Technicians and they were terrific, I had a lot of questions and they answered them all, They were polite, courteous, and professional. I had cool air and the kids in bed by 11PM. Thank you A#1 Air. If you need fast service and some excellent technicians call this company and have Roman, and Mike be your technicians. I understand customer service and I give this company, and these men an A+.

Our AC went out late Sat afternoon. We called A#1 and w/n an hour Roman arrived to give us an assessment. Of course it was time to replace the 21-year-old unit. Roman was very honest and professional in recommending what needed to be done. He was able to schedule the installation and obtain financing for us in about 30 minutes. We never felt pressured by Roman to buy a particular product although after our decision to get the Amana product, we qualitfied for the tax credit. Thanks to Roman for his expertise and integrity.
