User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have eaten at 3 different locations and the Allen location is the least favorite. Is there a manager there?
Last Friday evening (10-02-09) I ordered a 1/3 pound Bacon Cheese Burger. The bun was cold and stale. I got some extra Mayo just to soften it. There was a totally green tomato slice which I discarded.
My wife got a piece of near raw bacon on her burger, which she returned and finally got some back after we had completely finished eating. She had even checked on it once.
It is like either no one takes responsibility or does not care.-

JC's Burgers is the best burger in TX! I am an In N Out fanatic and this is the first fresh burger that i have found in TX that compares. The patty melt is the best thing on the menu!
