Stephen's Cleaners

I have found that Stephen's Cleaners does an excellent job in dry cleaning. You can pay 99 cents elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. Since I moved to Plano from NYC, I have tried many cleaner; then I found Stephen's. Now, I wouldn't switch for anything. Keep up the good work...Stephen's Cleaners in Allen!

This place is extremely expensive and they don't always get the clothes clean. They told me they can't get cat pee stain out (yes you can others have). But more telling was the look on other customers faces when they got the bill..shock. I'm not sure how they stay in business. They are rude and expensive

This is the FIRST and LAST time I will EVER go to Stephen's Cleaners in Allen! There were no prices posted anywhere when I dropped off but I didn't think anything about it, (it was supposed to be drive through and I had to walk in), when I went to pick up, it was $250+! for 25 or so casual tshirts and one pair of slacks! Over $6.00 a piece! I asked at that point for a price list and they said they were out. I called the owner to express my surprise and frustration with the extremely high prices, but was conveniently out of the office every time I called. I agree with the the other review, rude, careless and way overpriced!
