I have always used T-N-T Flower Shop. I understand the ownership has changed and it certainly shows. We were in there on Tuesday, January 15th, 2008 to purchase a casket spray. We were asked "Who is it for" and "Where is She". How rude and unfeeling. We were directed to a catalog and had to search for someone each time we had a question. The "graffitti spray that had been sprayed in the front window" was overpowering. When we asked to see samples of "Pink" flowers, about three or four flowers were shown and most of them were not pink. We asked for a special ribbon and was told it could probably not be done.

We went to Graves Floral in Shawnee and had a totally different experience and the end result was beautiful.

You really need to be compasionate, kind, helpful and cooperative when dealing with the grief of family members. Needless to say we will "never" use or recommend your business to anyone.

NOT MUCH TO OFFER: I CALLED FROM OUT OF TOWN FOR A SMALL PLANT FOR FATHER'S DAY. I WAS ONLY OFFERED 2 DIFFERENT ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE PERSONNELL WHO I SPOKE TO WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL IN OFFERING SUGGESTIONS FOR THIS OCCASSION.
