Purchasing the car was great.
Servicing the car has been horrible. I brought it in for a recall and since then I've had to bring it back 4 times because each time they "fix" it they break something else. They are rude, they make comments about the customers like everyone in the world outside of their office is a moron.
Here's a thought - if I knew everything there was to know about cars why would I be bringing it in to let them work on it? I went to the people I thought I could trust to help me. I purchased my vehicle there, why wouldn't they provide the best service? It's common courtesy to provide good service to people. Or at least not to let me stand in the doorway for 10 minutes everytime I come in without a single person helping me.
They consistently ask me if I would like to approve services for parts that they would have no reason to be looking at when they are fixing my power locks.
I saved for 3 years to buy my car. It was a huge moment for me. Now they've broken my car and everytime I come in they act like I'm putting them out. I've never received a single apology for the drain on my own time. I would never, never recommend someone go to this establishment.

I am glad purchasing your car was great. I had a horrible experience. The two gentlemen that helped me in used cars saw a women coming and took advantage of the whole situation. I am currently upside down in my car. I have learn from buying a car, that is never trust anyone. When I went to get my tags I called one of the gentlemen and he knew I was coming but took off and no one could find him and I waited a very long time. Finally, one of the other salesmen, Stephen, I think, helped me out. He was very nice but I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Customer service was horrible.
