Food is fair quality, service is below average, prices are above average for a non chain local establishment. Wait staff is not very friendly or service oriented.
There are other places I would rather go in the area for breakfast or lunch.
The Generator Coffee shop(Garland Square) is a new place with friendly wait staff and and excellent atmosphere, with intelligent wait staff, great service and a clean professional establishment. You will find me there in the future.
Hubbard's needs to get some intelligent wait staff, not the snobbish young ladies they have now.-
