I just went there for coffee and dessert and had a wonderful experience. My wife and I shared a dessert. The service was fine. It was a very relaxing time and I'll go back.
Went there for lunch and it was packed- still trying to figure out why. I ordered a sandwich and was charged extra for fries? Very pricey. I could have went to a nice restaurant for the price I paid for a sandwich. The food was mediocre at best. My friend only ate a few bites of her meal. Very pricey and not very good!
Extremely bad service and food. Avoid the Bakery at all times especially breakfast. Employees and managers just don't care. Wait is unbearable and food is never prepared in a timely manner. I ordered breakfast to go and they completely forgot about my order. I waited for thirty minutes before getting impatient and asking about my order. The employee just didn't care as well as the manager. I just left without my food and my money. Never again !!!!! Food is under cooked most of time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yod don't say what day you ate at the bakery. Was it a Saturday or Sunday. These days are typically very busy at any restaurant. I had a totally different experience there. Wait was 30 minutes but we had a party of 8. Managers and staff were very accomadating. Offered us coffee while we waited. You also say food is undercooked most of the time. Are you a regular? If so why did you not ask to speak to a manager. Maybe a little understanding would be a nice change of pace. They have a counter area for takeout usually with a person that takes orders. I jusst think talking to someone is better than blasting them online.
