About:Brothers Smajl and Mike Thaqi own Cafe Roma. This small storefront holds it's own weight, doing a great dine-in and take-out business. The tables are covered with green vinyl tablecloths. Other decorations include beautiful plants and art prints. Place your order at the counter and watch the New York-style pizzas being made. Favorite dishes include Baked Ziti, Eggplant Rollantini (slices of fried eggplant with a creamy ricotta filling), homemade Garlic Rolls, Cafe Roma Special pizza (thick with cheese and fresh toppings), Lasagna and Cannelloni. Hot or cold subs and calzones are also available.

    A nice quiet place to have a casual dinner. Very tasty food for a reasonable price. If you want something as simple as a piece of pizza they offer that. How about a sub sandwich? Yes, you can get that too. But that's not all! They serve numerous Italian dishes as well. I tend to lean towards the Italian dishes because they are so good. If you drink, be sure to bring your own bottle of wine.

    My hat is off to Cafe Roma! Their pink sauce is OUTSTANDING! Finally I don't have to wait to go home to St. Louis, on The Hill, in order to get great Italian.
