User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis store has had management problems over the years - even by their own admission to me. Currently, the staff refuses to rent a movie to me unless I provide them with a current credit card. Tonight, they sent me home empty-handed, and I owe them nothing. They want this so they can charge me full purchase retail ($15 - $25) if I keep the movie for 8 days without calling me or sending me any notice of the charge. Very sneaky. Hollywood video bills you after 30 days.
