This cleaning service is not accommodating to the customer by any means. I'm not sure who if anyone maintains a list of items they send to the cleaners. We don't. I only notice items are missing when I get ready to wear those items. Recently I noticed that I was missing a shirt and a pair of slacks. I called the cleaners to ask them to look for the items and the store owner refused. I thought it was not only rude not to accommodate a customer but also terrible customer service! This is not the first incidence with the cleaners. They also ruined a shirt that they did not want to pay full price for but an estimated price because I didn't have the receipt! Who keeps receipts for items you don't plan on returning? Also the cleaning itself is not very good. Many times we've had to make multiple trips to the cleaners to get them to redo an item that was not cleaned properly.
