I like everything about this vet & vet office except that we consistantly have to wait in the exam room (for our scheduled visits) far too long, on average an hour. That is too long when you have an anxious pet and a scheduled appt time. Other than that, they do a very good job taking care of our beloved pet.
Dr. Gray and his staff have been taking care of my girls since I adopted them after they were dumped in a ditch in Arkansas back in 1998. They got my girls in for their new puppy check a few days after I picked them up in East Texas. The entire staff has always taken wonderful care of them - and me - during the 11 plus years I've had them. I feel like the entire staff at the clinic are members of my family. They always consider the different personalities of my girls - they have to be carried back to the exam area only because it is less stress for my girls - and they're spoiled rotten by me and everyone at the clinic. They all hug my girls and make them feel welcome. I've seen the hurt in their faces when they have to put an animal down, and I've seen their joy at being able to save them as well. If anyone has an issue, Dr. Gray and his staff are more than willing to make everything right. They don't want anyone unhappy - no matter what it takes. They all go above and beyond to care for our pets and keep checking to make sure they are healthy. I wouldn't recommend another vet to anyone because I have the best there is.
Very kind and helpful staff! As a new client to the clinic I will be transferring there permanently and also be recommending them to family and friends. One of my dogs was very sick; the practice is very close to my residence, so I called them instead of my normal vet. No questions asked they fit me into their already busy schedule. Dr. Gray was very caring and forthcoming with information, which is not always the case with a DVM. All in all it was a very pleasant visit for my pet and I.
