    Just purcased a CRV tonight. The finance man lied to me and said it did not come with an alarm. He said they had disabled it because I had not agreed to purchase it. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was not available and that if I wanted the alarm it was an additional $400. I said I did not know the car did not come with an alarm. The finance guy insisted it did not and that If I wanted it he would tell the sales manager how much I would pay. He said he could not give it to me for free and to make an offer. I was so sick of the bs so I said i would pay $100. Now that I am home, I have reviewed my paperwork and realized he lied to me and sold me a warrenty...I am SO MAD!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING ASSHOLES. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

    The old bate a switch. Horrible service. The sales man and financial manager came out congrajulated my brother on a good rate at 8%. They shook his hand and said thanks for the business. Few days later called my brother and said that the interest rate changed and that he would be subject to the new and possible higher rate,even though the contract clear said 8% with the signatures in place. Do not trust this place.

    I've never experience such horrible customer service. The salesman was nice, but the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to go discuss a car deal and of course I said I would go home and think about it. The manager runs after me and screamed why am I asking for a price lower than what they were offering? Then, he said, "Fine! Go somewhere else to buy a car!" and turned around and walked away. I could not believe the way they treat their customers. The customer at the end is the one who has the money and can walk out of any dealership and buy a car from someone else. The manager's hissy fit was one of a kind. If I were you, I would think twice before stepping into this dealership.
