Well where to start. I called and asked if I could drop by to look around the place and get some more information. The lady was very nice over the phone and welcomed me to come by. That was great until my husband and I got there. If you are looking for a "clean, white, clinical kind of daycare" this is not that place. The building is very old and needs updating. Floors do not feel very solid when you walk on them. We were given a tour and taken to one of the classrooms that my son might end up being in. He is 2 yrs old. Well the teacher was just sitting there not intereacting with the children and there was no sort of activity going on. Just children walking around aimlessly or running around playing. My son didn't even want me to put him down. They told me they potty train the children which is great except for the fact that the room smelled like urine. I am a nurse and take care of patients who are incontinent besides the fact that I have a 2 yr old. I know what urine smells like. Either kids arent getting changed often enough or the place isn't getting cleaned well enough. I'll let you make your own assumptions about that. If your child were older it may not be so bad. They can tell you what they did and if everything is going okay. But I did not feel comfortable leaving my two yr old there. I'd rather pay more money to put him somewhere else. They were the cheapest of all the child care centers I found. I was shocked to hear how low the prices were until I got there. Now completely understood. You get what you pay for.
