    I utilized Signature Car Wash on two occasions. The first time, there was only one other vehicle; therefore, my vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner and was clean. The second time, again, there was only one other vehicle and in that I felt they had provided a good service the first time; therefore, I purchased a ‘hand’ wax. After returning home with the vehicle, I found rotor burns in the seal of my window. Please note, my vehicle is brand new and I have only had it washed two times; both at Signature Car Wash. After finding the burn, I returned to the car wash as spoke to the worker that took my vehicle and let him know that I understand accidents happen; however, I would have appreciated knowing they had damaged my vehicle. He in turn went and got his manager. When the manager arrived, I again explained that I know accidents happen; however, I wish they would have notified me that they had damaged my vehicle. Rather than apologizing and letting me know they would notify me if it happened again, he called me a liar and said the vehicle was damaged when I brought it in. While I had intended to continue to patronize this establishment after they damaged my vehicle I find the attitude of the manager extremely unprofessional and I have no intention of EVER returning to this car wash.

    The worst ever: I'll never go back.. be aware everyone...
    To start off they didn't do a very good job then it rained..
    They wouldn't honor the rain check.. they said all I could get was the express 3.99 job after I had paid 50 dollars...
    Very unhappy and will not return...
    Make sure if you ask about rain checks.. get it in writing..
