I have been going there for urgent care for over 30 years and have yet to have a bad experience, nor had the rest of my family that goes there for urgent care. I think Care Now is getting getting busier and the wait for walk-in is longer than it used to be. That irritates people. Maybe if they hired an extra nurse and doctor for each shift people will be more satisfied not to have to wait as long in a waiting room of sick people.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI don't think the person stating they got lousy service is talking about this Care Now location. I have always had good service when my family doctor was not available. I have had a couple of serious times, too. They always call and check on me, too. The doctors and their staff are very friendly. I have never had a long wait considering you just walk-in. You will just have to try them yourself and you will see that I am right.

lazy: slow sloppy people, I went in on lunch break everyone was sitting down , only after they finished talking was I asked what I needed. It then took another 45 min. to be seen with no one in front of me.

Deborah care now has only been in business 15 years so no you have not been going there for 30. It's good for a cold or other minor thing but don't trust anyone there...
WOW thats harsh....They are obviously doing something right they just opened their 22 clinic in Lake Worth.
