User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPoor Customer Service: Take your clothes at your own risk! The worst business manager ever! I have been a loyal customer at the Reino Cleaners for over 5 years. I have never had a problem until, June 30, 2007. I believed that the Reino Cleaners was a great legitimate business until, they mess up my clothes. They failed to take care of a loyal customer. I took a dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed. I got the shirt back, with bleach poured all over it. It looked like it had been TYE-DYED! Seriously! To make a long story short, the Manager and the business took my money and ruined my shirt. They did not fully repay me for my shirt because they said my shirt had "DEPRECIATED" and not only that, they did not refund my money for the original service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBetter than the $1.50 places: Reino pays attention to my clothes, the remove my collar stays if I forget, put buttons back on and do it for about the same as I was paying for the 1.50 place down further south on Carrier. Once when I needed to go out of town I had to leave early and they gave me my clothes at 5:00AM. Real service, real people.

I have been a customer of Reino Cleaners for 18 years. The service is excellent and the people are very courteous. The few times that my instructions had not been followed, my clothes were recleaned at no charge. I have never had a problem and would recommend them to anyone.
