    just had these guys get my fireplaces, that had not been used since i moved in 10 years ago, cleaned out, repaired, and new logs etc placed. service was incredible. good prices, excellent log sets to choose from (that was the hardest part, picking from the many that they stock). terrific customer service in the shop and the tech showed up when they said he would. work was beautifully done -- logs were very nicely arranged. i can only think of 2 problems in this whole job from start to finish -- the phone is always busy. keep trying, it's worth it. and the map is incorrect on yahoo -- the address is richardson, so they are actually around arapaho and north central. i recommend these guys highly!

    A few years ago, my gas logs in my fireplace broke and I have been attempting to find an exact match since then. It wasn't until about a month ago did I finally locate a place that sold the exact model: FIREPLACE EQUIPMENT WAREHOUSE.

    The customer service was exceptional and the communication was continuous. They, of course, had to order it, and it took two weeks to come in, which they had informed me of upon payment. Once my purchase came in, they called me. I was not going to be able to make it in time before they closed, so one of the floor guys stayed about 20 minutes late.

    That is some AWESOME customer service, if you ask me!
    I will refer Fireplace Equipment Warehouse to anyone!!

    Great product and even better service. Very professional staff and installation in a timely manner. Definately would recommend them for all fireplace equipment needs.
