User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsValentines Day evening...packed house. Had call-ahead seating for 8 o'clock. Arrived about 7:50. With people standing around all over the place, believe it or not, at 8 o'clock we were escorted to exactly the sort of booth we wanted. Both of us ordered 6 oz sirloin, cooked differently. Both arrived in good time as ordered. Delicious. Waitperson checked by at least six times during our one hour stay. This is not the first time we have eaten here, but the first time we had used call ahead seating. On a Valentines's Day evening...impressive! Thanks, Claire.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsExcellent Service!: I've often heard negative things about Outback and agree it certainly is not Chris Ruth or Ruth Chris or Kid Rock or whatever that pricey place is named (deep breath) but then again, folks, it's not SUPPOSED to be. For the reasonable price of around $16 I can get a nice cut of steak cooked precisely the way I want it. The WHEAT bread put on my table before my meal was cooked was good and hearty yet didn't fill me up too much. I got a VERY ATKINS/SOUTHBEACH FRIENDLY MEAL for a reasonable price. My favorite is the STEAKHOUSE SALAD which is chopped salad topped with about six or eight strips of sirloin cooked just the way I like it with Bleu Cheese crumbles and these cinnamon-baked pecans that are just amazing. You gotta try this salad!! It's worth the $14 because it truly is a meal.
Excellent service every time I'm there... going above and beyond to dim the lights in the section because it was too bright for me. Kudos!
