worst car buying experience of my life. we agreed on a price, then they went back on it and hoped we wouldn't notice when we signed the paperwork. then, they went back to fix it for 2 days to get even close to where we originally agreed.
i did not end up with a car at the end of this 3 day fight
I just purchased a loaded Armada LE from Courtesy today. I tried to purchase an LE at multiple dealers this week, getting the run around with the price and options that I wanted. I thought I should be treated a little better when buying a $50,000 SUV. I donât expect to be nickeled and dimed to death to make a purchase.
I worked through their internet sales team (Keith Lewandowski and Clarence Hawkins). The buying experience couldnât have been better and I got exactly the deal I was looking for. The entire process took about 2 hours. I already had about 8 hours invested with the other guys and frankly I have better things to do with my time than haggle over a car they should be begging my to buy.
These guys get an A+ and I look forward to another purchase in a few years.
I actually had a pretty pleasant buying experience at Courtesy Nissan. My sales girl and the manager we worked with were very accommodating and extremely nice. However, after purchasing my car, the problems started. The finance department (headed by Steve Alzuraqi) was extremely unprofessional and belittling. I will NEVER purchase a car from them due to the unprofessional behavior of Steve and his new staff. Apparently right after I bought my car, Steve replaced someone in the finance department as the Director of Finance. He told me that "things were taking a long time because he had to clean up someone else's mess and that I needed to be patient." I don't believe that their employee problems should be reflected in their customer service, nor should I know about them. I also witnessed him being extremely disrespectful and yelling at a client. I do not believe that this is "courteous." I could go on and on about the way that their whole finance department treated me (over several conversations), but it's not worth the time. Nissan will be hearing from me. In a nutshell, do not waste your time or money at this dealership.
