User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have family in that area and am not surprised at the episode on split ends. it actually did not show what those girls at Advanced Salon are really like. RUDE! I have gotten my hair done there a few times and I can say Susan is a nice person but the rest....... its an atmosphere of gossip and they are above the rest. I have heard this many times "everytime you go in there they are talking about people and even make you feel like they are talking about you" they need to get off the gossip train and maybe hit the gym!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have seen the same Split Ends three times & find Rachel so uncompromising & her pits disgusting!!! You do Ladies of Advanced Salon for sticking to your guns about her Hygiene. No pits in anyone's face!

I agree..You Texans were not very friendly to your guest from Sprout Salon..How rude that you asked her to shave her arm pits and then took it upon yourselves to get the razor and the shaving cream..Personally, I like the idea of organic and ECO safe products. After viewing "split ends" TV show, I think it would be an improvement to Advanced salon to cut back on some of the hazardous products used and "advance" into the 21st century..
