    Ellis AC provides exceptional service and all office staff and repair Techs have proven to be courteous and professional. We have purchased two Carrier Units from Ellis AC (upstairs & Downstairs). Our upstairs Carrier "Top-of-the-Line High Effiency" Variable speed AC/Heat Pump unit cost near $6000 (one unit). Based on our experience with this unit, I strongly suggest you steer clear of the variable speed- ac/heat pump "High Effiency" Carrier units. In the past three months, the aforementioned unit has proven to be totally unreliable and plagued with puron leaks, has needed two evaporator coils/starter kit and has been and continues to be inoperative for the past five days due to a blown compressor..I've elevated the problem to Carrier Co. and I will let you know if they will replace the $6000 "Lemon". For now, Beware of Carrier!!

    Ellis was out to my house for a heater not working, they found the problem quick and had my heat working while at my house not having to charge extra labor to go get the part, the part was on the truck ... im very impressed with Ellis ,, Thanks Ellis
