    I took my 06 Tundra because it had a steering wheel shake. They told me I had a bad tire (the were almost new), ater buying a new one; 4 times wheel balancing at the Dealership, I still have the shake. I called the service manager and left a message;NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.

    DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR-I received an ad in the mail for brakes and an oil change, so I took my Sequoia in. Five hundred dollars later my brakes still need to be replaced. They told me something totally unrelated needed to be fixed (that I had not had a problem with until I took it in...) and disregarded my shaking brakes! These people are not to be trusted.

    I was shopping for a used car. I called and talked to the used car manager. I explained I was at work and would have to take off work to look at the car. I called and verified they still had the car and left my cell phone no. in case there were any problems. After leaving work and driving an hour I was told the car was sold but I could leave a deposit in case the car did not sale. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND LOSS OF PAY FOR LEAVING WORK
